Each “Car Dealers Websites” website is £120 and is payable in advance. The one-off payments cover our setup and running costs for your CDW website for 12 months. 

Domain: When you pay for your “Car Dealers Websites” website, we will purchase your domain name as part of the package cost.

Alternatively, we can add DNS entries to our server to redirect your existing domain to your new “Car Dealers Websites” website.

Email: We provide one or more email addresses along with instructions on how to implement them on your devices. In addition, a webmail interface is included in the package.

Hosting: By paying annually for hosting, for your “Car Dealers Websites” website, you agree to pay in advance for an agreed term of 12 months, which is non-refundable. Our system works only on our servers and is not open for development by any 3rd parties. “Car Dealers Websites” will maintain your website, web hosting of your website, the domain name (if registered through “Car Dealers Websites” ), and your email.

Downtime: “Car Dealers Websites” cannot be held responsible for any downtime of your website due to hacking or penetration attempts. We also cannot be held responsible for the security of your administration panel. It is your responsibility to keep your dealer passwords safe and your account secure. “Car Dealers Websites” takes every measure to keep the administration area secure. If a breach is detected, all passwords will be changed immediately, and new passwords issued over the phone or via text.

Search Engine Placement: “Car Dealers Websites” cannot be held responsible for search engine placement. A new domain name will take an average of 4-6 weeks to appear in the search engine results pages (SERPS). Regularly adding stock to your website will help search engines trust your site and push it further up the SERPS. If you are transferring a domain to us, usually your SERPS placement will remain the same or improve. However, “Car Dealers Websites” are under no obligation to place you anywhere.

Cancellations: We do not offer a “cooling off period” as the fees charged are for the setup of your website. Once paid for, you cannot cancel your order. Should you wish to switch providers or transfer your services elsewhere within the 12 months, you are free to do so, however, a refund for the difference will not be given.

Delivery Time: Once you have paid for your “Car Dealers Websites” website, the setup process is extremely fast. We can set up a new Responsive package within a day. If you are transferring a .com or .co.uk domain to us, it is recommended that your nameservers are changed before the move, which will cause a more seamless transfer.

Upgrades/Updates: Due to code changes/upgrades/updates, “Car Dealers Websites” cannot be held responsible for any loss of service, site malfunction or downtime. Any upgrades and updates are part of the course to improvement and need to be implemented. However, “Car Dealers Websites” maintain a very high degree of uptime. It is your responsibility to report any errors to “Car Dealers Websites” which will usually be dealt with within two working days.

GDPR: We do not share the data you provide us for quotations. We simply use this data to follow up the quotation and contact you using the phone number/email address you provide. The data that you add to your own admin area is fully controllable by yourself. Once your contract period has expired with “Car Dealers Websites,” we delete your website data. By adding your company details to our system, you agree that these details are viewable on your “Car Dealers Websites” website and they can be amended/removed at any time. Should you wish to close your account, please contact us, and we will remove your account and its data.

Website Renewal and Restoration Policy

All websites are provided on an annual renewal basis. Customers are required to renew their website each year before the renewal date to keep the service active.

If the renewal payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, the website and its associated files will be removed from our server.

Should the customer wish to have their website restored after it has been deleted, we can reinstate it upon request. A £20 restoration fee will apply to cover the developer’s time and the setup of hosting and files.
